Mayowa Abiru of Babcock emerges Overall best graduate of the 2019 BAR Exams

The 2019 Nigerian Bar examination produced over 147 first class graduates with the overall best student emerging from Babcock university,  Mayowa Mubashir Abiru.  Babcock University ranked third in producing first class graduates at the Nigerian Bar 2019 with UI ranking number one.




Mayowa Abiru was awarded  with 11 awards ; Some of which include 
Most promising Graduate student of the year , Overall Best in corporate law , Council of legal education star prize , Best student of the year and 3rd prize in Ethics skills. 

Mayowa Abiru was said to have graduated with a second class upper credit from Babcock University in the 2018 session. He was one the 10 first class graduates produced by Babcock in the 2019 BAR examinations. 



The vice Chancellor
Professor Ademola Tayo had congratulated the students and the faculty for the feat. He noted that Babcock University will continue to strive for excellence in every aspect of her programmes.
“It is for this reason that the University was founded”, he said, “to be an academic entity of excellence, offering value in cutting-edge and functional education to her students"

Over the years , Babcock is known to produce award winners at the Nigerian Law school.
