See Shocking PHOTOS of Decayed hostels infrastructure at UNN

The decayed state of the hostel infrastructure in the University of Nigeria, Nsukka will leave you jaw dropped as the hostels need urgent intervention.

The University of Nigeria Nsukka is a federal university in Enugu State, Nigeria. Known as UNN, it was founded by Nnamdi Azikiwe (Governor-General of Nigeria from 1960 to 1963 and first President of Nigeria from 1963 to 1966) in 1955 and formally opened in 1960.

For an institution that claims to be one of Nigeria's best and oldest, it is really appalling to see the male hostels looking decayed, unkept, and gradually collapsing.

The two male hostels which are in poor state lacks power and water supply, inadequate toilets and showers, poor electrification, overcrowded rooms, just to mention a few. These are the conditions students learn on campus. The lady's hostels, however, are manageable.

While a few who could afford hostel off-campus go for it but the less privileged with limited income stay on the school campus and cope with the facilities.
